Bring the published parent-release commit into the adapter correction branch so its dependency evidence is based on the immutable tag. Impact: none
Exclude already tagged modules from the local proxy so nested modules verify against their immutable public dependency content and checksums. Impact: none Affects: github.com/faustbrian/go-queue/queueservice Affects: github.com/faustbrian/go-queue/rabbitmq
