Highlights

Adds a silver-blue glint along the quota ring's inner edge. Its motion is independent of the remaining percentage, so low quota no longer confines all running feedback to a tiny arc. The original quota flow and blue breathing halo remain.
Uses the embedded white Codex terminal-flower mark, with a gentle blue breathing echo while a task is running. The existing green completion cue remains.
Restores the left status icon when the account does not return a five-hour quota window. Accounts that return this window continue to show its quota on the left and weekly quota on the right.
Preserves quota values, warning colors, wave-ball behavior, and notch geometry. Added motion follows the existing animation preference, Reduce Motion, and visible-surface lifecycle.

163 tests and 60 behavior-contract checks passed.
GitHub Actions CI passed for both the main branch and the release tag.
Verified the app bundle and signature, ZIP integrity and bundled version, DMG integrity, read-only DMG mount, Applications shortcut, and mounted app bundle.
Includes SHA-256 files for both download formats.

macOS 14+ on Apple Silicon.
The app is ad-hoc signed and not notarized. The DMG does not eliminate Gatekeeper warnings.
