Highlights

Keep the Codex status icon's flower outline white at every quota level, with its black center and original white prompt preserved.
Refresh task activity directly after filesystem events reach the session store. Process changed rollout files and skip unchanged logs during recovery, reducing deliberate start/completion delays.
Preserve five-hour quota priority, the status-icon fallback when five-hour quota is unavailable, weekly quota values, completion cues, icon settings, and notch geometry.

180 tests and 67 behavior-contract checks passed locally.
GitHub Actions CI passed for both the release commit on main and the v0.1.15 tag.
Real temporary-file integration checks measured approximately 122 ms from a start event write to notification and 121 ms for completion. This excludes Codex's own log-write delays and is not an end-to-end UI latency guarantee.
Verified the app bundle and signature, ZIP integrity, DMG integrity, read-only DMG mount, Applications shortcut, and mounted app bundle.
Includes SHA-256 files for both formats.
The white left status icon was observed in the local app. Perceived animation, camera clearance across all states, and real Codex start/finish transitions still require physical-notch confirmation.

The app is ad-hoc signed and not notarized. The DMG does not eliminate Gatekeeper warnings.
Quit the existing app and replace the copy in Applications when updating, so later launches use the updated version.
To roll back, reinstall v0.1.14 from the previous release.
