First-run polish.

Permission prompts no longer hide behind Nook's windows. The onboarding and Settings windows float above other apps, which also buried the macOS permission dialog and Sparkle's update window behind them. Both now step down while a system dialog is up and float again on your next click.

Requires macOS 27. Updating from 0.1.0/0.1.1: Sparkle offers this automatically.
