UCM v3.2

Big update. 19 languages, ultrawide HUD centering, God Mode unlocked, and a bunch of fixes.

This is also likely the last major update for a while. Pearl Abyss has started adding camera accessibility settings directly to the game (v1.03.00), which is great. Some UCM settings (Steadycam, camera styles) will override the new in-game sliders.

19 Languages

Full localization with live language switching. Pick your language from the title bar dropdown -- the entire UI updates instantly, including sidebar headings.

Center HUD (Ultrawide)

New checkbox in UCM Quick to center gameplay HUD elements for ultrawide displays. Choose between 16:9 (1920px) or 21:9 (2520px) safe areas. Credits to wsres for the technique.

God Mode Unlocked

God Mode previously only showed ~185 "Player" camera sections. It now shows all 570+ sections in the game files -- gimmicks, mounts, dragons, cutscenes, minigames, world map, and more.

Security

  • Path traversal fix in preset downloads (catalog filenames now sanitized)
  • SHA-256 integrity verification on community preset downloads

Bug Fixes

  • Sidebar headings now update instantly when switching language (previously required restart)
  • Status bar text updates on language switch
  • "by Author" label showing raw Label_ByAuthor key instead of actual author name
  • Changelog dialog showing raw keys on version upgrade
  • Exported .ucmpreset files had hardcoded default settings instead of actual slider values
  • Shoulder Cam community preset removed (incompatible with April 11 game patch)

Install Guide

Upgrading from v3.x

  1. Download UltimateCameraMod_v3.2.zip below
  2. Extract and replace your existing exe
  3. Launch -- all your presets, backups, and settings are preserved

Upgrading from v2.x

  1. Delete your entire UCM folder (the old v2.x installation)
  2. Open Steam > Crimson Desert > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files
  3. Wait for Steam to finish downloading/verifying
  4. Download UltimateCameraMod_v3.2.zip below
  5. Extract to a new folder and run the exe

IF YOU EXPERIENCE ISSUES

  1. Delete your 0010 folder in Crimson Desert
  2. Verify Install on Steam or other platforms
  3. Wait until game has verified
  4. Launch UCM program in a fresh folder.
