• Fixed the intro forest skirt/dress deformation by preserving mutable NI overlay segment data across rapid pair swaps.
  • This is a general NI overlay-state fix, not a model-specific skirt hack.

• Added default-off render diagnostic toggles used to investigate geometry/culling issues.
• Added reverse-engineering notes and function names for the dynamic vertex deformation path.

Validation

• Built LodRecomp successfully on macOS after regenerating RecompiledFuncs via the validated fixer chain.
• Bounded smoke run reached the affected NI pair53/pair104 intro sequence without crashing; visual test confirmed the skirt fix.
