Added portable mode: create portable.txt beside LodRecomp/LodRecomp.app to keep config files and saves in that folder.

Validation
Built LodRecomp successfully on macOS.
Bounded smoke run launched with portable.txt, used the local portable config/saves folder, validated the ROM, and reached gameplay startup without crashing.
