- Face ID / Touch ID lock on every open, with a passcode fallback so you always have a way in.
- Auto-lock after a period you set, and an immediate lock when the app goes to the background.
- Folders with templates — each folder is built for one kind of item, so the entry form matches what you're saving. See Templates.
- iCloud sync across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac through your own private iCloud account. Delete an item on one device and it's gone on the others.
- Scan to fill. Point the camera (or pick a photo) at a card or a receipt and the app reads it with on-device text recognition and fills the fields for you.
- On-device extraction. On devices that support Apple Intelligence, an on-device model sorts scanned text into the right fields (card details, receipt line items and totals). When it isn't available, the app falls back to plain text recognition. Either way, nothing leaves your device.
- Ask your vault. Ask a question about what you've stored and get an answer computed on-device.
- Address maps. Contacts, receipts, and appointments show a small map for the address, and tapping it opens Apple Maps for directions. The address you typed or scanned is looked up — your own location is not used for this.
- Tag location. Notes, Journal, and Receipts have a manual Tag current location button to record where you created the entry. It's never automatic. Journal entries also save a map-pin picture as an attachment.
- Share any record out through the system share sheet — a clean text summary of that record's fields.
-
Journal export to Markdown and PDF, with every image, and a parallel
.enexexport that imports straight into Apple Notes. - Receipts to a shopping list. Turn a receipt's line items into an Apple Reminders list, geofenced to the store so it reminds you when you're there.
- Contacts. Import an Apple contact into the vault (the full contact card is preserved), and export back to Apple Contacts.
- Custom fields you can add or hide per folder.
- Card "Present to Cashier" — a full-screen, full-brightness view of a card image for a scanner.
- Adjustable writing size in the Journal editor, remembered between entries.
