What's new

This release is about the first five minutes.

  • A shorter front page. The README and PyPI description are now a one-screen start: what lazyplan is, how to install it, three commands to a live plan, and one agent example.
  • Depth when you want it. Install options, init layout, CLI reference, keys, agent guidance, and data rules moved to docs/usage.md.
  • A clearer contributor path. Development setup, gates, and release links moved to CONTRIBUTING.md.
  • Better package metadata. The PyPI summary, keywords, and project links now match the product.

No CLI, data, or TUI behavior changed.
