Restore Pure Hello Echo as Roadmap A #9

Description

@flyingrobots

Outcome

Preserve the delivery-loop feasibility and phase-graph discoveries while restoring the minimal compiler-to-runtime Hello Echo proof as the active Roadmap A.

Required corrections

  • classify deterministic law, external interaction, and judgment separately;
  • define the external boundary as durable typed requests plus witnessed settlements, not callable provider imports;
  • keep the compiler/lowerer/verifier seam capability-denied;
  • state that model output is untrusted proposal data with no mutation authority;
  • move the autonomous delivery loop to Roadmap Ω;
  • insert blocker/dependency filing after feasibility and before the implementation stop;
  • retain the legacy loop as the operative human-directed protocol until its eventual replacement passes its envelope tests.

Acceptance

  • the repository roadmap orders Pure Hello Echo, Hello Effect, Graft on Echo, Git/GitHub adapters, then self-hosting;
  • docs/feasibility.md retains the not-yet-hostable verdict but no longer requires a general-purpose effectful Edict or hidden continuation;
  • docs/phase-graph.md uses the three-category classification and patch proposals remain data;
  • the legacy prompt is explicitly non-authoritative for roadmap ordering;
  • cross-repository effect-protocol blockers are filed and connected through native GraphQL issue dependencies;
  • no D3-D5 delivery-loop implementation begins.

This is documentation and roadmap reconciliation only.
