Expected result
I want to run sf org shape list and sf org shape create but both is failing.

Issue is persistent for 10 hours, on trust for SWE16 is reported service degradation but only last 7 hours so it do not correspond with my issue. Also https://status.salesforce.com/incidents/20004257 was already resolved but cli still failing

Issue is persistent for 10 hours, on trust for SWE16 is reported service degradation but only last 7 hours so it do not correspond with my issue. Also https://status.salesforce.com/incidents/20004257 was already resolved but cli still failing
