• Enlarge the Browser gate mark for toolbar slots, with dedicated 16, 32 and
  48-pixel artwork for standard and Retina displays.
• Show popup connection progress immediately. Serve NIP-07 after the signer
  handshake while optional relay and Heartwood capability checks continue.
• Inject NIP-07 at document start on v4v.com and www.v4v.com. Opening Bark
  restores the bridge on an already-open supported tab after an update,
  preserving the page's signer object and suppressing orphaned refresh errors.
• Reuse live page bridges to prevent duplicate signing requests, and keep
  delayed capability results from overwriting newer signing evidence or UI.
