…line UPGRADING.md curl example hardcoded VERSION=v0.13.0; replace with vX.Y.Z placeholder and add a comment directing operators to set the desired release tag. Also change sudo cp to user-local path (matching the current install-to-~/.local/bin convention). instance.example/nous/_default/MEMORY.md referenced Aletheia v0.13.11; update to v0.29.0+ to reflect the current release line. Tracked by #3877. Gate-Passed: kanon 0.1.0
