Summary

Deferred to follow-up (schema slots already present on v2 → no further version bump needed)

  • `MemoryData.vectors` (HNSW chunk enumeration) — needs a krites enumerate-and-serialize path; comment marks the gap.
  • `MemoryData.graph` (opaque graph dump) — same shape.
  • `distillation_priming` — schema slot reserved; no live producer exists yet (verified via repo-wide grep).

Round-trip surface

Test plan

  • `cargo test -p aletheia --bin aletheia commands::agent_io::tests` — 36 passed
  • `kanon gate --full --stamp` — clean
  • CI: `_llm freshness`, `cargo fmt --check`, `gate-attestation`, `no-ai-attribution`, `scan`, `cargo audit`, `cargo deny`, SonarCloud
  • PR1 (feat(graphe): portability raw entry points for #4163 (PR1/4) #4349) merges first; GitHub auto-retargets this to main

Producer half of the faithful-backup contract. `export_agent` now reads
distilled rows via `get_history_raw` (added in PR1), populates per-session
`working_state` from the blackboard at `ws:{nous_id}:{session_id}`, and
serializes typed knowledge (Facts/Entities/Relationships) into the top-level
`knowledge` slot. `AgentFile.version` bumps to v2 to declare the fidelity
contract; PR3 will reject v1 on import.

`MemoryData.vectors`/`MemoryData.graph` (HNSW vectors + opaque graph) and
`distillation_priming` remain `None`: vectors need a krites enumerate-and-
serialize path; `distillation_priming` has no live producer yet. Both are
schema slots already on v2, so they can land in follow-ups without another
version bump.

Pinning tests for #4163/A and #4163/B flip from documenting the bug to
asserting fidelity; PR4 will replace the remaining /C and /D pins with the
full round-trip suite.

chore(_llm): regen L3 index after #4163 PR1 graphe additions

PR2 rebased onto main brings graphe::portability raw entry points into
scope, which shift episteme/graphe/mneme source hashes. Refresh the L3
index so the freshness gate sees a matching tree.
