Applies the verified low-severity findings across the acquisition crates (torznab/newznab parsing, extraction, dispatch, request-workflow polish + coverage). Closes #447, #381, #461, #446, #435, #445. 20 findings fixed; 8 were already fixed on main by #481/#487/#488/#491.
