cdf plugin v1.1.0 — cdf-mcp 2.0.0 lean-surface pin

MCP-server major bump: .mcp.json now pins @formtrieb/cdf-mcp@^2.0.0 and sets CDF_MCP_TOOLSET=full, keeping the full 18-tool surface for the bundled skills (standalone MCP installs default to a lean 3-tool surface). New in the toolchain: cdf_decollapse — splits a crammed variant enum into its independent axes and lists missing combinations as questions. No skill-facing tool renamed or removed. Details: CHANGELOG.
