Add conversion of .sdw files which tries to retrieve:

  • the page's formatting,
  • the main text,
  • the document meta data,
    but this version can rarely retrieve any embedded object...

Improve the conversion of .sda, .sdc files, i.e. try to retrieve more pictures/embedded object and the format of small text zones.

Note: the distribution packages are libstaroffice-0.0.2.tar.{bz2,xz}.
