- Prototype of Modem driver: Initial adaptation of the KOS driver

- a bit RAM usage optimization via kernel config
Bugs Fixed
- Race condition on boot, when VMU is plugged in
Please also note the Wiki for information like howto mount NFS folders or use swap over the NFS or use your VMU as Storage, or the VMU LCD.
