JXR 0.3.0 aligns the JPEG XR libraries with J2K 0.12.0 and requires Rust 1.99.0. Seven libraries are published at 0.3.0, with jxr-math at 0.1.1.

The native entropy decoder writes highpass coefficients directly into their adaptive scan destinations, avoiding a temporary run/level block. Failed tiles still return typed errors and discard partial state. The default feature set remains CPU-only.

Applications using the public J2K types re-exported by JXR must move their direct J2K dependencies to the 0.12 line as well. See the release and migration notes.

Hosted CI, Metal hardware validation, and CUDA hardware validation passed for the tagged source. CPU, Annex-A writer, Metal, and CUDA reference comparisons each passed 517 in-scope cases, with 179 declared scope exclusions and no failures. The reports and hardware benchmark results are attached.
