default value of time logs in the job card

Information about bug

Hello,
not sure it is a bug or not, i set working hours in the workstation(8 am to 8 pm), i create a work order, which create job cards, but in the time logs table, every day, it starts at 5:30am to 5:30pm by default, it is not the time i set in the working hours set in the workstation, is it a bug? i think it should start from 8 am to 8 pm as set.

Hello,
it goes back the way to the workstation working hours after i set the right time zone for administrator. i am not sure it fixs it.
