Marketing & Retention

Keeping customers coming back: campaigns, triggered messages, win-back, and loyalty.

Campaigns

Bulk email/SMS campaigns with subject, HTML body, an audience, scheduling, and a draft → active → paused → completed lifecycle.

Segments

Customer cohorts (e.g. "inactive > 6 months") used to target campaigns and automations.

Automations

Trigger-based messages — e.g. "service due" ahead of a maintenance-plan date. System notification templates (appointment reminders, on-my-way, review requests, …) are configured separately under Customers & Communications.

Win-back & follow-ups

  • Win-back — finds customers with no jobs in N months and queues SMS/email re-engagement sends.
  • Follow-ups — a queue of scheduled touches on estimates, invoices, or customers, with due dates and assignees (open → completed/cancelled).
  • Estimate nurture — automatic follow-up rules for unaccepted estimates (see Sales & Estimating).

Loyalty & referrals

  • Loyalty tiers (bronze/silver/gold/platinum) keyed on minimum spend, each with a discount %; points accrue per customer.
  • Referrals — pending → converted → rewarded; conversion (matched by phone number on signup) awards points to the referrer.

Reviews

Post-job review requests go out automatically ~24h after completion with your Google Reviews link; ratings feed the dashboard. See Customers & Communications.
