• ezins should now read all instruments in a file, even if it doesn't end with a newline.
• fixed some .abm XOR constants
• ezabm --tobmp now works
• abm2bmp added (you can drag and drop single files onto the .exe)

Initial WIP release. Includes the following:

• ezabm – tool for handling .abm and .bmp files (--tobmp not fully functional in this release)
• ezdec_715/ezenc_715 – tools for encoding and decoding 7th Trax v1.5 files.
• ezdec_720/ezenc_720 – incomplete tools for encoding and decoding 7th Trax v2.0 files.
• ezinfo – displays information about (decoded) .ez files.
• ezins – displays information about (decoded) .ezi files.
• ezunfn/ezrefn – tools for applying/removing the "anti-tamper pattern" from v8 .ez files.
• ezwssf – tool for handling .ezw/.ssf and .wav files.
