• ezins should now read all instruments in a file, even if it doesn't end with a newline.
• fixed some .abm XOR constants
• ezabm --tobmp now works
• abm2bmp added (you can drag and drop single files onto the .exe)
• ezinfo now displays track usage
• various updates to formats.md
