What’s new

  • Add optional screen locking when opening the lid during Computer Use sessions. Enable it with the checkbox under Computer Use; it is off by default and preserves its selection when hidden.
  • Show confirmed awake status in the settings header: glowing green for ON, gray for OFF, and red for failure or unknown state. Keep the previous color while switching.

Thanks to @orut34iop for contributing the lid-open lock implementation and the state-aware indicator proposal.

Lid-open locking runs after opening is detected; it does not guarantee that screen contents are never briefly visible.

The installer is signed with Developer ID, notarized by Apple, and supports Apple silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later. Intel Macs can build from source on macOS 13.5 or later.
