Introducing GKS-Core 1.0.0 (trial use)

This is a foundational specification and set of schemas that are used by the VRS, Cat-VRS and VA-Spec Genomic Knowledge Standards (GKS) products.
This is the first approved version and was approved in conjunction with the VRS 2.0.0 version. Documentation for this common (or core) set of foundational schemas can be found within the VA-Spec, Cat-VRS and VRS documentation.
