Timer behavior
- Only one task runs at a time
- Menu-bar status updates live with task name, elapsed time, and optional target
- Elapsed time is green within the target, orange when paused, and red when overdue
- Screen sleep, system sleep, and lid-close do not pause a running task
- Elapsed time catches up from the absolute start timestamp after wake
- A task that crosses local midnight is capped exactly at midnight, stopped, and preserved on its original date
- Timer state and task history persist across launches
Reliability
- Reworked popover and editor ownership to eliminate delayed focus, double-save, overflow, and layout-recursion issues
- Timestamp-based timer calculations remain independent of UI refresh ticks
- Daily workspaces, ordering, editing, history, CSV export, sleep continuity, date boundaries, and adversarial edge cases are covered
- 66 automated tests passing

FocusStation.appto/Applications - First launch: right-click the app and choose Open
- Look for the FocusStation icon in the macOS menu bar
