Bug & Pain Point Fixes

Fixed installer issues where, in rare cases, the bridge host service could get stuck in a broken state and stop the app from connecting to the game. Reinstalling now recovers automatically.
The ad window can now be moved in overlay edit mode, just like every other widget.
Added a one-time startup notice explaining that the game needs to run in Windowed Fullscreen or Windowed mode for overlay features to work, and how to change it. You can dismiss it for good with "Never show again".
Added a Refresh account option to the user menu, alongside Settings and Manage account. It refreshes your entitlements just like the button in Settings, so you can pick up purchases without opening the Settings window.
Added missing House Mikarrol and Tseide coordinates for Landsraad Reward Collection Mode.
