- Add the Windows native
ToggleDictationoperation. Select one enabled dictation control within the observed composer, with English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese labels. - Preserve window, composer and target checks while allowing transcription text to change. Confirm success only after the opposite enabled control appears; losing the control does not establish that recording stopped.
- Keep existing cancellation, bounded waiting, serialization and unknown-outcome handling. Never retry the toggle automatically or submit the transcript.

Changes
- Allow observation clients to project an IPC frame directly from an asynchronous stream, without buffering the complete snapshot. The projection reader consumes one frame and applies its own metadata bounds; its input is not subject to the full-document size limit.
- Report recent receive progress so consumers can distinguish a snapshot still being transferred from an unavailable subscription.
- Run each connection's receive loop on a worker. General command clients retain their original 16 MiB full-document limit. Cancellation, truncated frames and genuine connection loss retain their existing disconnect behavior.

Codex Control 1.0.0 publishes the shared Windows control components with GPL-3.0-only licensing. Both consuming applications pin this exact package version.
Changes
- Update licensing and include the GPL text in both NuGet packages.
- Include the current composer modes, reasoning/model selection and Sketch controls.
- Preserve the versioned desktop-protocol boundary and existing namespaces.

Import both packages into the local feed used by the consuming project. Do not replace the contents of an existing package version. Source is also available at v1.0.0.
Validation
Both packages built successfully. With these exact packages, Micro passed 546 tests; Agent Controller passed 907 of 908 tests, with one outdated tutorial item-count assertion (10 expected, 13 implemented). Live Codex interaction and macOS support were not established by these checks.

使用本次精确版本包验证：Micro 546 项通过；Agent Controller 907/908 项通过，剩余一项为教程数量的旧断言。此结果不代表真实 Codex 联调或 macOS 兼容性已经验证。
Codex Control 0.1.0-local.2 — pinned Windows dependencies
Exact 0.1.0-local.2 packages currently pinned by Codex Micro Monitor 0.3.15 and AgentController.
The historical prerelease version is intentionally retained so both consumers can restore their existing exact dependency. These are the original packages, not replacements rebuilt under the same version.
Download both .nupkg files into one directory, then run the consumer's scripts/import-control-packages.ps1 -PackageDirectory <directory>. No public NuGet feed is required. Source builds require the pinned .NET 10 SDK. Windows compilation passed; existing consumer validation and limitations are documented in the product repositories.
The transport and executable discovery currently target Windows; a platform-neutral contract is not macOS support. See macOS handoff.
License: PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0. SHA256.json contains the original package checksums.
