app.db is read without locks

  • Fix: reading app.db could also make the system flag it as corrupted. The registered titles are now read in one query at most once a second, with the file opened without locks, so a write of the system is never blocked.
  • Kernel log lines about SQLite or database corruption are copied to the PS4Mount log.
