  • ch now rejects channels outside 1–16 instead of emitting malformed MIDI
  • panic now also resets all controllers and re-centers pitch bend
  • tc clamps MIDI Time Code type to 0–7 and value to 0–15
  • mpetest expanded to cover Manager Channel expression, pitch-bend limits, and stacked notes on one channel
