Confusion about the latest version of PAIA #79
Description
On the home page of this repo I see the badge "Release 1.3.0". According to the relase page the latest version is 1.3.0 too. But the latest Tag is 1.4.0 and the linked specs cover 1.4.0.
Please, can you tell if version 1.4.0 is ready to use or still a draft?
