redesign the sheet to:

• drastically reduce type size (and place it at the top of each line it affects)
• make table heads much slimmer
• increase line contrast
• use bold type for larger block headings & table heads
• single-letter day markers (M, T, W, …) to 3-letter ones (mon, tue, wed, …)
• more and narrower lines in plan/notes/year/week block

and also:

• make LICENSE in repo match license on sheet
• add a README

decrase type size, adapt spacing, slight rearrangements

* type at 14pt was too big. decreased to 12pt for the time being.
* type was set way too low in its line. adapted upwards & made a
  separate grid for text anchors.
* put year/weeks in one line, plan now has two lines.
