redesign the sheet to:
- drastically reduce type size (and place it at the top of each line it affects)
- make table heads much slimmer
- increase line contrast
- use bold type for larger block headings & table heads
- single-letter day markers (M, T, W, …) to 3-letter ones (mon, tue, wed, …)
- more and narrower lines in plan/notes/year/week block
and also:
- make LICENSE in repo match license on sheet
- add a README
