Restart loop after migration

Hi, i have trouble with migration. I didn't have tunein as available source in Inspect bookmark after migration, so I tried re-migrate with newest version of AfterTouch service. After this, i have eternal restart loop of Soundtouch20 :(. How can I solve it ? Maybe flash with usb ? Anyone can help ?

I don't a better idea than that: first ensure you try a fresh start after unplugging the power for 10 seconds. Remove any usb stick for that clean start. If the reboots still continues, I'd factory-reset the speaker by pressing the buttons (Preset 1) and (Volume down) for 10 seconds.

I tried this method, but still without success.

I tried with factory reset, but after 10 ~ 15 sec ( I hold 1 + vol down) I see icon: Hand in crossed out circle. :(

That's strange. Do you see the device to appear in your router's network overview or access logs? There's only a slight chance for that.

Can you provide more details which migrations you made before the error occurred? Do you host AfterTouch on a separate host or did you try the on-device install?

1. I didn't see my bose in connected device in my router :(

First I tried with migration via UI using xml. I had succes, but i had trouble with tunein (1005 error). So i tried on-device according instruction but i had "no space left" error so I backed to xml migration. And after this i have eternal restart loop.

I think you should completely reset the speaker by following the "downgrade guide" at https://bose.fandom.com/wiki/SoundTouch_Firmware_Downgrade_Guide

This mentions "downgrade", but it essentially shows how to apply an update via usb stick. That's different from the "normal" reset and I would hope that it cleanly resets the speaker to a truly fresh state. The "normal" reset is actually not a complete reset, because some areas in the speaker's filesystem are preserved.

So: read the guide carefully. Create a USB stick with the most recent update file for your speaker (downloads are available at https://archive.org/download/bose-soundtouch-software-and-firmware/Firmware/). Put the USB stick into the speaker and trigger the update process by pressing the buttons on the speaker (see the guide which ones).

Tobias, very very thank you bro.
After downgrade , i brought back to live my soundtouch :) So now i will try with aftertouch :)
