Pasted 1.0.0 RC3

This release candidate repairs the macOS installer presentation that RC2 accidentally left dressed for work.

Highlights

  • Restored the branded Finder background and intentional app/Applications icon layout in CI-built DMGs.
  • Added release verification that rejects a DMG missing Finder layout metadata, its background image, volume icon, or Applications link.
  • Preserved the signed, notarized, and stapled universal macOS build.
  • Re-ran the complete release gate and cross-platform packaging workflow.

  • Linux: x86_64 AppImage.
  • Windows: experimental x86_64 installer.
  • Homebrew: generated cask included as pasted.rb.
  • SHA-256 checksum files are included for every desktop platform.
