Pasted 1.0.0 RC4

This release candidate lets Pasted move its library without misplacing its mind.

Highlights

  • Renamed Backup settings to Storage and brought library location, export, import, and reset controls together.
  • Added a safe, reversible workflow for moving the SQLite library to a custom location or restoring the platform default.
  • Added matching GUI and CLI controls to inspect, move, and restore the library location.
  • Preserved source libraries as recovery copies and added bounded validation, rollback, and relocation tests.
  • Replaced transient inline confirmations with reusable, dismissible toast notifications.

  • macOS: universal signed, notarized, stapled, and branded DMG.
  • Linux: x86_64 AppImage.
  • Windows: experimental unsigned x86_64 installer and portable executable.
  • Homebrew: generated cask included as pasted.rb.
  • CLI: standalone universal macOS, Linux x86_64, and Windows x86_64 binaries.
  • SHA-256 checksum files are included for every desktop platform.
