We'll no longer maintain and publish skills for the span streaming migration. Instead the span streaming migration guide in docs should be used. For convenience, this PR provides a copy-able prompt on the Dart and JS span streaming guide that points to the respective guide URL.
Since we have a lot of sub-guides in JS, this also adds a new placeholder
__CURRENT_URL__that can be used to inject the current URL into a code block. This ensures that the correct guide URL is shown in the prompt on every page.
