Steps to Reproduce

Look at our web framework and client integrations and what we're setting url.full to there.

Expected Result

url.full should contain the whole url, including the query string.

Actual Result

Sometimes it doesn't (e.g. aiohttp).

Confirmed: several integrations construct url.full without the query string, which violates the OTel semantic convention.

What I found:

• aiohttp server side explicitly strips the query string: "url.full": f"{scheme}://{host}{path}".
• wsgi.py's get_request_url() docstring says it returns the URL without the query string.
• Most HTTP client integrations (stdlib, httpx, httpx2, pyreqwest, boto3, aiohttp client) use parse_url().url, which returns the base URL without query or fragment.
• Some tests (e.g. WSGI, aiohttp client) assert that url.full does not contain the query string.

The exception is _asgi_common.py, which correctly appends the query string to url.full.
