Clicking on a point in the timeline does not update replay to specific time

Clicking on the timeline where there is a dot present will not update the replay to that point in time. Clicking on "empty" space in the timeline does. I would expect clicking on a dot (e.g. a purple click event dot) would take me to the replay when that click occurs.
