Just out of curiousity, when will gen-ai-consent-flow-removal be not turned on? enterprise orgs? Will we want to update the copy for when this flag is false?

i think we plan on rolling this out incrementally

I feel like having the tooltip there even when the flag is false is fine, because it's powered by generative AI either way 👀

Technically this isn't necessary since the flag will make orgHasAcknowledged be true
