Includes a non-behavioral refactor of the inline SerializedResponse TypedDict into OrganizationTraceMetaResponse (canonical Optional + main pattern) and corrects the float-vs-int types on the Snuba count fields. Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
