Wrong nuqs adapter for router

This commit upgrades react-router-dom to 7.x while the app still wraps routes with NuqsAdapter from nuqs/adapters/react-router/v6. nuqs documents separate v6 and v7 adapters; keeping the v6 adapter after a v7 upgrade can desync URL query state from navigation.
