WIP ⚠️

This is work-in-progress until our DSN can accept self-profiling profiles directly, or preferably we have an alpha sdk integration to support it.

Summary

This adds self profiling for the dev-ui, only when an env variable is set for now. This will let us test out browser profiling on a real application without the impact of deploying directly to prod (yet).

Todo

  • Need to use a non-node version of profiling so this actually works.

Plan to try out js self-profiling

  • Local on dev-ui opt-in
  • Default it on dev-ui
  • % experimental on SaaS
  • Full on SaaS
  • Ready for experiment by our users

Adds browser profiling to dev-ui (@k-fish your original
[PR](#43727) got closed by the
stale bot, so reopening here). Before merging, we just need to bump the
sentry packages which should be released next Monday.
