Re-release of v1.8.4 with static linking fix.

Built from ggerganov/whisper.cpp @ v1.8.4 with Metal GPU acceleration.

What changed from v1.8.4: Binary is now statically linked (-DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=OFF). The previous release was dynamically linked against libwhisper.1.dylib and several libggml*.dylib files via @rpath, causing a dyld: Library not loaded crash at runtime. This release embeds all library code in the binary — no dylib dependencies beyond OS system frameworks.
