• run-tests-with-ats: new create_kind_cluster parameter (default false), the opt-in for
  app-test-suite 1.0 and later, which no longer provisions clusters and no longer ships dats.sh. With
  it set, the job installs kind (kind_version), creates a cluster from kind_node_image (default
  the Giant Swarm mirror of kindest/node), writes its kubeconfig to kube.config in the working
  directory, runs the app-test-suite image directly with --cluster-kubeconfig kube.config --cluster-type kind --cluster-version <version from the node image tag>, and deletes the cluster
  in a step that also runs when the tests fail. No Docker socket is mounted on this path. A job that
  does not set it is unchanged: dats.sh is downloaded at app-test-suite_version and app-test-suite
  0.15 creates its own cluster, parameter for parameter. Both existing parameters keep their names
  and defaults, so the twelve repositories that set them explicitly keep compiling. Flipping the
  default to the new path is a later major, once the consumers have migrated their .ats/main.yaml
  and tests/ats layouts (see the app-test-suite CHANGELOG).
