Columns wich controls the asset inventory exportation to epa

There are four columns that controls if the element will be exported or not. That columns are:

SECTOR_ID
Feature only will be exported if belongs to one selected sector for user.

EPA_TYPE
If you choice is UNDEFINED, the element will not be exported.

STATE & STATE_TYPE
State=1 enables to export elements if feature state_type has is_operative = true.
State=2 only will be exported if feature belongs to one selected psector for user and feature state_type has is_operative = true.
