Missed WS Qgislayers on upgrade to 35

Upgrading from 3.4 to 3.5 few qgis projects layers have been changed:

Controls arc is now Controls v_edit_inp_controls layer.
Rules arc is now Rules v_edit_inp_rules layer.
Rules node have been removed. All information have been moved to v_edit_inp_rules layer.
Demand scenario have been renamed due new capabilities on dscenario. New name is v_edit_inp_dscenario_demand.

We recommend taking a look at the QGIS version 3.5 projects that have more layers according to the additional capabilities that have been implemented for dscenario.
