Every remaining explicit deferral in the KiCad feature map is now shipped.

Hierarchical sheet authoring

  • SheetEditor.sheet() places subsheet instances (+ hier_label/global_label); hierarchies flatten through the SAME hier_merge engine as KiCad import — equivalence-tested: authored and imported two-channel designs yield identical netlists
  • Reuse in authoring: same child placed twice with distinct ref_maps; genuine ref collisions fail loud
  • MCP schematic_author grows sheet/hier_label/global_label ops with nested child ops

Deferral burndown

  • ODB++ export: full job tree (matrix, per-layer features, component layers, per-span drill layers + tools, profile, cadnet); structure copied from kicad-cli's own ODB++ and census-checked on the real benchmark board
  • GenCAD 1.4 export: all sections, grammar mirrored from kicad-cli, SIGNALS/ROUTES populated from the net model
  • Schematic PDF plot: deterministic zero-dep vector PDF of the drawn sheet
  • Teardrops: idempotent same-net wedge generator at track→barrel junctions, DRC-gated
  • Autorouting assist v1: deterministic Dijkstra maze router (clearance-aware obstacle grids, via-size margins, via cost); routed copper passes DRC + connectivity; honest no-path refusal
  • Altium import: ASCII PcbDoc (components/pads/tracks/vias/nets, drops reported); binary OLE refused with the working KiCad-import migration path

MCP tools: board_odb, board_gencad, board_teardrops, board_autoroute, schematic_pdf, board_import_altium.

419 tests; every commit CI-verified green.
