Hello,

i am trying to create different ticket based on different choices in the form.
In the old forms plugin I was able to create different tickets with different names 👍
Like :

• Sharedmailbox [Création]
• Sharedmailbox [Modification]

The title was adapted based on form selection.

I am trying to change manually the form name but after saving it changes back again to the standard.

The Form Name is not getting saved, I get no error when saving but when I come back again to the item it changed back to the default

This is not a bug, but rather a misunderstanding of how tags work in form destinations.

When you see the form name in the ticket title field, you're actually looking at a tag (like ##form.name##) that dynamically inserts the form's name. When you try to modify the text, you're only temporarily changing the display of the tag, but the tag itself remains in place. After saving, the tag is re-evaluated and displays the form name again.

To set a custom static ticket title:

• Click on the text input
• Delete/remove the entire tag (don't just edit its text)
• Type your desired ticket title directly (e.g., "Sharedmailbox [Création]" or "Sharedmailbox [Modification]")
• Save your destination

You can also mix static text with tags if needed. For example:

• Static text: Sharedmailbox [Création] - followed by a tag like #Answer: XX if you want to include an answer from the form
