req_buffer_va/req_buffer_pa held VirtRange/PhysRange values; name them req_buf_virtrange/req_buf_physrange like the rest of the file. Also drop an unused pub on mbox_virtrange.

Two small cleanups: qemu's
-d int(exception-level change logging) is now only passed with--verbose, and the mailbox buffer fields are renamed to match the types they hold (req_buf_virtrange/req_buf_physrange).Stacked on #2; review the last 2 commits.
